Job Profiles at Media Tenor
On a daily basis, Media Tenor Analysts identify and categorize each report, sentence by sentence and issue by issue, in print, internet, television, and radio media in Asia, the Arab World, Crech Republic, Germany, Latin & South Amerika, South Africa, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Australia, and the United States, contributing to what is now the most complete and useful database of media content information in the world.
Through the interpolation of statistical media coverage data, Media Tenor Researchers compile reports on media trends and image profiles. This strategic media intelligence forms the basis of consultations with clients, whether corporate, political or academic, on key media management issues. Media Tenor now employs 14 media researchers with backgrounds in a variety of fields including economics, political science, research psychology, public relations and journalism.
Media Tenor interns have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the media research process, gaining invaluable experience in both media analysis and research. The twelve-month internship consists of four three-month placements in Media Tenor's Swiss, South African, Vietnamese and New York offices.
